GND Tree Surgery is a fully qualified and insured tree surgery business based in East Sussex.
The company was founded by George Durnford in October 2017 after qualifying from Plumpton College with Arboriculture and Landscaping.
GND offer a wide range of tree services, including reductions, crown thinning, crown lifting, pollarding, hedge cutting, felling and stump grinding. We also undertake soft landscaping, fencing, re-turfing, and re-planting for private gardens, commercial projects, schools, estates, and agricultural work.
Our attention to detail, professionalism, expertise, and reliability set us apart. As a team, GND Tree Surgery is passionate about our work. We care for trees, wildlife, the environment, and people. We recycle and repurpose everything we can and will ensure the public is safe while working.
George has exceptional knowledge of tree varieties, growth habits, diseases, and pests. He won Young Business Person of the Year in the Seahaven Business Awards 2022.
Tree surgery involves a considerable responsibility, including the safety of others, the team/the public, and property protection.
All work is carried out to BS.3998:2010 (British standards for tree work) and, where appropriate, with up to £10,000,000 public liability insurance.
